Under this package we will deliver three logo concepts. Once you selected the final logo, we will provide a high-resolution logo and source files.

Standard logo and icon design package - £50 (25 Concepts)

We will deliver over 25 logo concepts, and once you selected the logo we will provide a high-resolution logo and source files.

3. BRANDING GUIDE AND COLOUR PALLETS

Please specify the colour pallet information which you like to use on the website. You can choose colours here - https://www.google.com/search?q=color+picker and send us the HEX codes of the colours you have chosen.

4. FONTS STYLES AND FONT FAMILIES

If you wish to use a specific font style on the website please refer https://fonts.google.com and let me know the font family name you selected. Otherwise as per nature of your business I will use most suitable font family for the website.Generally one or two fonts families are good for a website. If you need several font families please send us an email with all the fonts family names you like.

5. WEB ADDRESS / DOMAIN & HOSTING

If you need a new domain, please let us know the address you wish to use.

5.1 HOSTING INFORMATION

If you need a hosting service, please let us know the address you wish to use. Basic web hosting starting from £100 per year including free SSL. (Packages may vary as per the websites type)

7. REQUIRED PAGES & CONTENTS

What pages are needed (About Us, Contact Us, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions etc.) And how many pages are needed in total? Pricing depends on the number of pages with custom (not automatically generated) content. We can add new pages for you at any time for an extra charge.

Do you have the copy (contents) for your website? If you have the copy for pages you can email us or you can arrange them while we set up a website framework. If you need our content writing service please let us know. We will discuss with you and offer you a quote. Privacy policy and terms & conditions (these are different for each company; if you do not provide us with your Privacy Policy or T&Cs, we will use a template page that you can change whenever you need to).

You can email us the supportive images for the website. If you do not have matching images then we can use license-free stock images. However, if you wish to use premium images, please let us know. We will get back to you with a quotation.

How many products initially need to be added? (if more than 25 products need to be added manually, we may add an extra charge. However, if you have csv format product data, we can add the products at no extra charge.)

10. REVISION AND AMENDMENTS TERMS

If any of your initial requirements has not been followed, we will make revisions as soon as possible. However, the time required for revisions depends on the nature of the work involved.

If we have followed your instructions exactly, and you are still not happy with the layout, colour, placement of information, contents or other elements of the website, we will make up to three revisions per page.

However, once we have completed three revisions per page at your request, if you require any further amendments to the work, then we will have to charge for these. In this case, we will evaluate the time required for the extra work and tell you the estimated cost for this (unless extra or unlimited revisions have already been agreed at the outset).

11. EXTRA FEATURE REQUIREMENTS

If you decide to add additional pages/ options/products to the website other than those initially agreed, then we have to re-evaluate the project time frame and cost. If possible, we will make the additions at no extra charge. However, if we do need to charge for them, we will let you know the estimated cost. If you are happy with our quotation, we will go ahead.

12. DELIVERY TIME FRAME

Delivery will be made within the agreed time frame if the required information is provided to us on time and no additional requirements are specified while the project is ongoing. However, if additional revisions are requested or tasks are added while the project is ongoing, the delivery time frame will be extended. We will inform you of any change to the time frame.
